By signing up to be an affiliate in the ShopUsefully Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate details when signing up (name, email, bank account/PayPal where applicable).
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.
2. Commission
- Affiliates earn 5% commission on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, discounts, and taxes).
- Commission is credited only for valid purchases made through your referral link.
- Self-referrals are not allowed.
3. Payouts
- Payments are made monthly/bi-weekly once your balance reaches $100 / ₦10,000.
- Affiliates will be paid via bank transfer.
- You are responsible for providing correct payment details.
4. Tracking & Cookies
- We use cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is 60 days.
- If a customer clears cookies or uses another device, tracking may not apply.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use spam or misleading advertising.
- Run paid ads using the “ShopUsefully” name/brand.
- Create websites or social pages impersonating ShopUsefully.
- Promote products on sites with illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
6. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
- Any unpaid valid commissions up to the termination date will still be paid.
7. Changes
- ShopUsefully may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes.
